hi, i took up this offer but found that although my email receipt says the charge is £12.95 that they actually charged for the postage and took £17 pounds odd from my bank. Although i paid for the ten pounds airtime this has not been credited to the phone as yet. When i phoned e2save they did say it would take eight days to be credited so i shall wait and see if they honour this. not sure whether to pursue them for charging postage when they said it would be free. i would be interested to see if anyone has similar problems.

Did anyone receive the sony phone from e2save, i order 2 weeks ago but it hasnt arrived.
does anyone have an email address for them as i cant find one anywhere on their website!!
    thanks
  • Ordered and received this phone and like curiosity I too have been overcharged - they added an Administration Fee of £4.98 and Postage of £0.01, which adds up to their £4.99 P & P. Phoned Customer Services and insisted that when I ordered online it came with free postage, eventually she agreed and said she would send me a refund cheque, she couldn't put the credit back on my card. So it is definitely worth challenging.

for those who have ordered , are these units unlocked ? thanks in advance
  • The phones are SIM locked to Virgin.

See the other ongoing thread about this deal. They appear to have cocked up the mobile numbers listed on your invoice with the SIM card they have sent. This has happened to lots of people. Many have not received their £10 credit.

Got it for £12.95 and yes Ive already got my £5 from Quidco!
