cancel & take out a new contract in your wife's name.
or at least tell them that.0 -
You can get Sky + and installation free if you go on the refferers thread .Never pay more than you have too0

Just buy your own HD box on Ebay (about £200 if you haggle)....remove your old Sky+ box, put your new HD box in its place - ring Sky to mate your Sky Card with the new HD box (takes them about 2 minutes with no hassle/questions asked)....voila two HD channels free (BBC & CH4) plus extra recording capacity (has a 300GB had disk, albeit with only 160GB actually available to use the rest being 'reserved for future use').
Flog your existing Sky+ box on Ebay for about £50.
Job done, therefore total outlay £150 with no extra monthly subscription to Sky for two HD channels.
HD is lovely, but not a 'tenner a month extra' lovely!0 -
what is even worse is i was a new customer last year and was stupid enough to not look for deals and i paid the full price for sky +0

Friend referred us for Sky+ back in Nov, 2 choices to go for:
£50 each in M&S vouchers or
£50 for her in M&S and Sky+ box and free install for us.
Opted for second choice and guess what, 2 months later we both got £50 vouchers sent!!!
Cheers Sky! :beer:~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~£2008 for 2008 No 682 / [strike]still on the starting blocks!!![/strike]:rotfl::j yippee - almost gave up hope - £3750 holiday membership :j0 -
Probably obvious, but does anyone know if I can get this deal without paying the £10 a month HD subs?
Only really want basic Sky and a HD box for BBC/C4/Film4 etc.
Looked at the t's and c's and cant get an answer (but it is late)
Thanks

If you mean you want the BBC/C4 HD then you still need to pay the £10 a month.Always looking for a bargain and to help0 -
Not sure what deals you can get direct from Sky, but topcashback are offering £150 cashback. This is regardless of which deal you choose.0
