has anyone else had this in their e mail , an offer for sky via your tv /pc includes all 200 channels for £5 , anyone have any more info on this ! ? cheers

I expect it's either some crappy channels (e.g. QVC and Price Drop.tv which can be viewed online anyway - see their websites) or someone is streaming them onto the web (which is illegal).

No channel list makes me suspicous. Plus there are more than 200 channels on the full Sky service.
