Philips 32PFL5522D £250

I have been offered a Philips 32PFL5522D for £250
It is second hand, 2 months old, bought from Currys at xmas.
I will get the original reciept , my question is will can the remaiming 10month warrentie be transfered to me???

    If the receipt doesn't have a name on it, then presumably you can just assume ownership of the tv, and return it within the first 12 months to currys.

    Seems a cheap price for a 2 month old TV tho.

    EDIT: But as Poppycat states the transfer of warranty is normally difficult or not possible if the TV has been registered with the manufacturer. If you do come into any problems within the remaining 10 months - your best bet is to go to currys and see what they can offer you (if anything)
