Fixed Rate / LTV up to 100% challenge

I'm encouraging a colleague to remortgage. Can anyone recommend a 2 year fixed rate, with nil cost fees, better than 4.79% (what she has for another 12 weeks), but with an LTV up to 100% (96% to be precise)?
