Dont know if this helps anyone, but Triton showers have a 2yr guarantee.
Ours needed a new part about 6months ago. Forgot about the 2yr quarantee, until I saw it again on their website.
Anyways, we telephoned them, a repairer called round at an arranged time a few days later, fixed it straight away.
No-one checked the paperwork (although it was all in date).
The shower was only about £50 on a special from Homebase anyway. And bought on a 10% off day.0 -
