just a quick question does anyone know which 2 months i don't have to pay council tax as i know its only over 10 months but i'm not sure which months we get away with it

You can choose to pay your Council Tax over 10 or 12 months. Got a question, can you answer this. THE UK Government kicked my wife out of the Country and for nearly 18 months I did not think she was coming back, but guess what my local Council sezs she lived at our address for the whole period and won't agree to the 25% discount. Am I fighting a loosing battle. I have provided paperwork galore including letters from my local MP. Any answers as to how I continue this fight. Please??0

Have you considered the Ombudsman? If the billing authority has not justified their refusal in the light of accurate statements with supporting evidence there seems to be maladministration...?
