The Co-Op BOGOF Reduced Free Food Loophole

We have been doing this for over a year in co-op. We go every Sunday before the store closes and grab all the bargains. Its a bit embarassing when people in the queue are looking at all the reduced items, but they look shocked when the price comes up on the screen, thanks to all the bogofs! The only thing I pay full price for is the wine I get as a treat for saving so much!!
We also used to go to Somerfield minutes before closing and all the reduced items were down to 1p - dont know if they still do this though.0 -
I've always wondered if that would work, sounds like occasionally you may get lucky but they have clamped down, ce la vie.Saving for Disney again, oops why book one Disney holiday when you can book two!:starmod: Emergency Fund Savings - #148 - £10/£1000 1% :starmod::xmastree:#083 SPC6 £63 - SPC7 £90 - SPC8 £63 - SPC9 £54 - SPC10 £26 - SPC12 £70 :xmastree:0

Thought i'd try this today, got 3 muller yogurts reduced with yellow stickers at 22p each and a multi save taken off of 33p (3 for 99p) so total for 3 yogurts was 33p.
Thanks for telling me about this!!!!0 -
While were talking about the co=op - they have a refund and replace policy so if anything is not right about their own brand goods they should refund and replace but in my local co-op they dont tell anyone about it. It used to be written on the back of the receipts - I think it is still in place...0

The Co-Op are really good with their refund and replace policy. I took some cream back at Christmas time because is was "off". They r & r'd immediately. It was only later I realised I'd bought it at Morrisons!!
Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0
