If you really can't afford more than £80 can i suggest the Myguide 3100, you might find one in your local halfords, if not ebuyer or similar one at comet. They both use IGo software which is good and there is lots of info around the web to improve it like more maps, mp3 player, video player etc.
If you don't mind doing your homework go for this one at ebuyer, £60, this gives you a Windows mobile 5 device capable of running other nav programs like tomtom or Igo(The two satnavs above are also Windows mobile devices, so you can also run different nav software if you like).
