    I obviously have no idea about mortgages and i need to learn more this is what i am going to do before my fixed rate ends.
    My husband has just informed me that the mortgage was not self cert! so it shows how much i know about these things. He says the reason why our payments are high is because of the difficulty we had at the time.

    This time i have it right - Husbands -pay slip here gross pay - 2231.25
    income tax 518.23
    nat ins 197.59
    Husband gets 1500 bonus per year
    mine - taxable pay 1057.15
    deuctions 306.3
