Ah, Spar is like a convenience store; I don't think there's one nearby. I'm from the States, fyi. I really just want to buy the magazine at someplace that will take the coupon. Any idea if Boots or WHSmith or a news agent will take it?

CouponMad: Thanks, but there's not a Tesco, Asda or Waitrose that I can get to easily (no car and knee problems keep me shopping close to home or online). I just want to buy the mag; I like Marie Claire and it costs way too much in this country, so I don't buy it unless I can get a deal. A year's subscription back home was the equivalent of 6 pounds -- I couldn't get two issues for that here!

i used my token in whsmiths yesterday - no problems!

must admit getting the mag only reminded me why i diont buy marie clare! full of ads and all its fashion stuff is hideously expensive!
but i might get next months anyway cos i like the look of the free bag they are going to be giving away. i think it said the new issue is from 4th march

Has anyone tried to get two April mags at once using two coupons? I'd like several bags (me, my sis, a friend, etc).

FYI, Boots was out so I tried M&S and they don't take them. I'll try WHSmith later and hope they don't read that it was for last month's issue! I didn't print out the part with the old mag cover!

i used mine in whsmiths
not sure you can buy a few at a time though
