  • Another thanks from me! I've been trying to menu plan - but as I am so tired after work - and the only one who cooks in the house AND (nearly) vegetarian - I've been doing the same old same old! There are some great ideas here -thanks for posting!

    I have cut and pasted the plan and list. I am going to go through my freezer and cupboards because I'm sure I've already got lots of stuff.

    I think I'll start the plan next week, it sounds just fab.
