I knew i'd end up spending my last pink vouchers on him lol, ah well he likes it (thanks to the sample in current GWP - clever Mr Boots eh?!) and i get 350 points a pop. I'll tell ya though, its a nightmare to find, had to go to 4 Boots as they were out of stock, so i stocked up while i could!

No free samples of them to offer you i'm afraid though, he's hourding them all! :rolleyes:

Did get a 4 free S&G bags today and quite a lot of the JF frizz ease minis, also (gently persuaded) my mum to buy S&G so i could rack up the points and also the herbal essences 400g shampoo and conditioner bogof, i'm just crazy over the blue coconut one, mmmm so yummy!

So, a great shop & total points (rounded) today:

350 mens no.7 x 4 (oh paid for these) = 1400
400 S&G x 4 (No spend, mum bought & i got points ) = 1600
Nivea Q10 eye cream (£6.79) = 400
Nivea Q10 night cream (mum bought) = 400
No.7 tinted moisturiser in Fair (FREE with oh's last £5 voucher)
Herbal Essences Coconut shampoo conditioner bogof (£1.50, went half with mum, lol)
5x John Freida Frizz Ease minis (FREE)
4x S&G bags (FREE)

Total spend: £8.29, total points 3800!! plus the freebies :T

I have tons of AC points accumilated now thanks to this last month and .com offers and am definately gonna buy the Ted Baker £9 bag tomorrow with my points - thanks for the idea passion8


Just so you guys know, i have no scruples going through the tills with the free S&G bags and getting some more solely for the purpose of helping out fellow bootsers.
No qualms at all, as SA's do not intimidate me, so if peeps are still struggling to locate them by the end of the week then (stock permitting) i will get some and send them you :A

Hi everyone....just been catching up with the day's chat.

Had a good Mother's day...was spoilt rotten (and ruined my diet as a result!)

Got rid of my last few pinkie vouchers......managed to get four lots of sheer tinted moisturiser at £4.75 (so free:j).....many thanks to whoever it was who first pointed that fab find out.

I am seriously hoping for a fairly Boots free month...although I will be reading and catching up with you lot regularly - a) to keep in touch, and b) just in case you find a fab glitch ....cos then stuff the Boots free month;)

Without a receipt? Yeah i can't see why not. Technically they have nothing to lose really, as it's their stock to begin with. Its when you want a refund they can possibly be a bit snipey with you and a receipt is a must, but for an exchange i can't see a problem as it's a genuine correction.

Thanks sk got the receipts but wasn't sure what could be returned and what couldn't. I had to return a lot of the P&P, but the store I returned it to wasn't willing/able ..? to refund me for all of it - even though I had all the receipts and I'd opted for a gift card I'll have to contact Boots about the rest.

I noticed that too the other day...I printed off three S&G vouchers then the print icon went. But the following day in a different branch the ACM let me have another two S&G vouchers. So try a different branch machine, or the same machine on a different day.

I was dreaming about Boots last night.:eek:

I dreamt all the Sanctuary stuff was on Bogof, but if you put the current GWP through as well it took £10 off your total per item, not onto it. So I got the last five, along with a couple of sackfuls of Sanctuary and paid £0.00. Then discovered someone had opened all the GWPs and nicked the £3 vouchers so I compained to the manager, who refunded me £10 per item.

As I said, it was only a dream, but a very vivid one.

I think need to get out more though, and not to Boots!

Thanks Scorpiokitten, I'm going to try and take them back today. Was planning on hitting Arndale Manchester store in my lunch hour today but my little boy has stomach ache so is staying off school so I need day off work.

I do need to get him some cough medicine so might take him to Elk Mill store (its the nearest good one!). I'm sure he's putting his stomach ache on - he keeps forgetting its hurting him! Will report any good bargains later.
