It's really worth looking out for the old 17 GWP's. Yesterday, I found the lip gloss sets and the xmas silver bags in queensway branch. I took 2 of each:D
They actually scan without a purchase, because SA scanned the GWP's before the items I was buying:j

Lol that made me giggle passion - you should give it a go, could be the next big thing! or not... lol

I was thinking what they could possibly display the S+G set for next, next occasion is easter, even less suitable than mothers day, but im sure they'll try none the less!

I remembered after I logged out that I put some in a square box in the end :o :rotfl:

As for the next S&G set, it's ready made to hold two Easter eggs ;) :rotfl:

    Back on topic :D
How scary - think I was spotted by a fellow MSE'er in Boots  lol

Anyway, no S&G bags and I blame my oh  lol. Bought a couple of clearance things, had a trying time (again) with those Sanctuary vouchers, and could only manage 2 printouts of the S&G offer. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I'll post up what I bought in a sec :) - need a coffee....

    Hi,
Have a lovely walk I will be thinking of you :D
Is Box Hill near a Boots ?

:rotfl: Only a true Bootser would ask that question chocolatefudge :D

Bought some more of the Dr Nick Lowe, with points ;) but oh will use it if I can't lol.

Bought more of the post-pregnancy shampoo. OH, who thought I was nuts for buying it lol, used it this morning. I was seriously impressed by how good it is - I'd buy it full price! The other day I noticed how thin his hair was looking, but kept schtum because he's a bit bothered about losing his hair :D but today it looked like he had twice as much hair!
Got the frizzease stuff x 4 with the till spits, and tried the 17 341 - worked :T so thanks to whoever posted it originally, it'll go in a hamper :)

I'll find out who posted it when I find it, but thanks to the poster that posted up the £2 off printout thing for Marie Claire - that worked too :) [Edit: thanks skibster :)] #242

Bought 2 x S&G products, nearly made the mistake of paying by points, then remembered scorpiokitten's post - cheers sk

So fed up of those Sanctuary vouchers that I ended up buying 2 x Scrub Bars, so £1.90 for 2.

SA overrode the till for me with the Boots Expert voucher from magazine, so saved some money on a Boots expert cleansing lotion. Bought another evening bag, but not keen on it now, so might ask for an exchange.

Ended by buying a Sanctuary room diffuser, reduced from £8 to £2, not sure if these are nationwide? There was only one but it wasn't in the clearance section.

Can't think of anything else, but hope everyone's had a good Mother's Day (where applicable ;)) or a good Bootsing day :) Or just a good day :D

I agree - it's definitely gone a bit flat. As I said in an earlier post - 17 stuff doesn't really interest me too much - and it would have to be free (or equivalent in points) for me to bother.

I have some hair care till spits, but haven't worked out whether I will use them or not:confused:

DH is actually looking forward to a rest (cos he has to take me to Boots everytime) and is therefore quite relieved at a possible break on a month:rotfl:

I have one hair care till split, but I won't be rushing to get any more! I think someone said you could use them to get a free John Frieda Frizz Eaze mini, so I might try to get that - definitely won't be buying any shampoo or conditioner....famous last words???!:D

Will boots own cough medicine and boots own infant paracetamol suspenion be classed as health or baby? hmmmm
Just do not need anything from baby dept as currently have enough nappies and wipes to last 18 months, but be dammned if i am going to waste the 500pts on £10 spend vouchers lol

That's what I got clare+3 :) I wasn't going to buy/get free lol, anything, but I spotted it and remembered a poster mentioning it, so popped one in the basket as often as I could ;)

Nothing left to buy for birthdays, Christmas (apart from men's presents - they're so hard to buy for! lol) or the hampers for a while, so I might give Boots a rest.
Feel faint after typing that last line  What will I do? :rotfl:

Clare - I had to hunt for a couple of the Mens No7 things! In the store I went to the No7 display was almost empty, but there were 2 more displays dotted around the store!!

    Hope u find some!!;)

    Thanx, Minx!

I've just got back from a very successful shop to use up my £5 off vouchers. Found some mags and did some surreptitious removal of voucher page to get me started off, then did five separate transactions, each time buying a £6 men's No 7 product - like you, I had to hunt around the store a bit as they were on display in different places and, not surprisingly, the £6 items were the most popular - and each time using a 250 points voucher from current GWP and the 100 points voucher from the new mag. So for an outlay of £5 I accrued 1750 points - or £12:50 profit. I'm really pleased - now I just have to bite the bullet and actually spend some of these points. Will look forward to treating myself to something in a few weeks, but, like Hesjane, I think I might have a few weeks away from Boots - there's always .com though.......:rotfl:
