  • I don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight now...think of what I could have bought with that voucher...and the bonus points I could have got!

    This is terrible!
I don't believe in doing things the easy way..... :)

Not much of a glitch but if you add 6 packets of boots wet wipes (3 for £3) to your basket online you get charged 5.94 plus you get 200 points for the £10+ essential baby items offer - I don't know why? Also works in multiples of 6 ie. put in 12 and get 400 points etc. Still playing around so may find other cheaper combos.
Hmmm, I've got 51 packs of those wipes in my basket at the minute with 2000 points, 500 points because it's over £50 and used a code for another 500 points for over £50. So 51 wipes, total of £50.49 with 3153 points!

Should I or shouldn't I? I don't particularly like the idea of spending £50 on baby wipes but they would eventually be used up.

Don't think the vouchers were around last week, as I got a chicken and bacon one like tbear did today, and there wasn't a voucher in it. If I find a £3 voucher then I will attempt to combine this with the 2 points ones on Saturday and report back if it works.

I can see myself doing a few meal deals next week, if I can find the vouchers and they work all together!

Don't forget buy 5 meal deals and get 6th free, I'm sure it works if you buy with points too - never got to 5 last month but on bottom of receipt it says 'you have bought X meals deals this month, buy Y more to get a free one' and I only ever buy meal deals with points!! HTH

Pretty quickly if anything like our house, DD's use them for shoes, I use them for cleaning settee and obviously get through loads with DS in nappies, but yep £50 does seem alot although only £19 with points! Let us know what you do:rotfl: .

I usually buy Asda's own because they're 6 for £5 so actually work out cheaper than Boot's own brand but of course no points

I reckon after the lurkers read the posts about the wipes though that they'll probably be out of stock soon.....

Isn't that just moving money from your bank account/credit card to your Advantage card for the sake of getting points:confused: Yes, the wipes will eventually be used, but surely this is not enough of a glitch to tie up over £50 of your hard earned cash just to get £31.53 in points.

Just my thoughts....but if you think you can use all those wipes then it will be a bargain......eventually;)

Yep I guess it would be but I'd only ever consider doing it on something that I have to buy anyway and I reckon we go thorugh one pack of wipes in 2-3 days.

Very sensible, I could do with you sitting on my shoulder when I'm placing .com orders, often have things sitting in my basket when I try and work out whether to buy or not!

The other 2 factors that are stopping me are that I'd have to find somewhere to put them all and DH would likely kill me, lol.
