Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 19 - Post your finds here

Just back from Bognor Regis boots and I noticed that behind the till they had loads of S&G shower boxes waiting to be reduced and another S&G pink velvet kind of bag (also not reduced yet!) I asked SA and she said they would probably be knocked down on Monday. Intrigued as to what is in the pink S&G velvet bag - anyone know?

Today's shop:

17 Lip Glaze, 17 Solo Eyeshadow and 17 Hideaway concealer stick - used 342 and free lip glaze voucher from mag so cost me £2.79 for the three.

John Frieda Serum - free with Harecare voucher

No 7 mens face wash - £6 but used 200 extra points voucher in mag

Natural collection rosemary and witch hazel wipes - £1.99 with 50 extra points (needed some to keep in my handbag so points were a bonus).

S&G Jam session (after seeing you lot raving about it - what a lush smell ! Can't wait to use it !) - £5.00 with 200 extra points.

Botanics condition (run out so again needed some) - £2.99 with 100 extra points.

Boots French Lavendar Hand cream - 1/3 off voucher from ACM (collecting for mother-in-law's birthday).

Total spend was £22.26 - points received 724

had a great shopping today... spend £10.54 (£10 voucher from pigsback:p) and got 500 points,

then on the way out I saw some S&G set hidden behind No7 with sticker on it... run around all cosmetics to see it closer and confirm that what i though i saw its true;) price tag with £3.75 on it... my boyfriend didnt know what's going on and just follow me to the second floor, hopefully there still were some sets for £3.75 so took 2:j, there were 4 more when i left an hour ago... you can find them near sun care/sun glasses... if you see reduce sanctuary for foot, S&G set are on the lower shelf....

I am very new to this, does S&G stand for Soap and Glory if so was it the pink valentines set that I purchased from my local boots about an hr ago for £7.50 thinking I had just got myself a bargain!!!

Yes, S&G does stand for Soap & Glory, and yes, i do believe that is the set they are talking about, the one you just got known as the S&G Steamy Showers set.

It is still a fair bargain at £7.50 as they were originally £15 (with the righteous butter alone costing £10 out of it!) But some peeps are seeing it for 1/4 original price @ £3.75! Now thats a bargain! Well done! :j:j

Do you mean the 100 point voucher from mag?

For mens No7, I have known recent vouchers to be;

the 100 points out of current mag,
the 200 points out of 2007 xmas gift sets for skincare/cosmetics etc
the 250 points out of current No7 GWP.

Don't know of any 200 in current mag, am i missing it somewhere? :eek:

Hatboxes still £9.00 in Farnborough - didn't bother getting another one...but would have if they were dropped to £4.50

Quit a rare find reduced may i add, and the colours are lovely and are luckily ones i use so were a great buy for me in the end

Managed to get in Oldham Elk Mill and Manchester Fort S&G Pink and Blue Spa reduced to £1.25 (Clean of England & Feet Dreams are the clearance ones) And the Clean of England works with 400 point glitch :j

Thanks for them extra ACM vouchers Hotpot4, as i've used up all my S&G ACM vouchers previously and couldn't have done today's lot of points with out you :T Enjoy the S&G bag

Sorry, my bad - it was 100 points. But now, I can't for the life of me work out how I got so many points !! My brain hurts :eek:
