Was your Lancome bag badly squashed?

No luckily the bag wasn't squashed, also got the Bafta set, that was ok too.
I had ordered a couple of things for a birthday present, and was going to give them the handbag too. As you know, .com orders come complete with loads of brown paper, and they had squashed the paper in so tight it battered the boxes of what I bought, they looked as though I had bought them from a jumble sale, instead of paying £27 odd for them.
I did tell CS the bag was ok, they said I could keep it to still give as a present, I just popped some other things into it.

Sounds similar to my last online delivery, Dollardog. I couldn't believe it when I saw it - even the delivery note suffered. To be fair to Boots, and this is only my experience, they do sort things out as amicably as they can.
