From time to time R.Twinings will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.

Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

R. Twinings and the promoter reserve the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal value.

By entering the prize draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material accompanying the promotion.

It is assumed that by entering competitions which, if won, could result in time off work, your employer is in agreement to time off. When dates are specified they can not be altered.

Winners notified shall have ten (10) business working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.

By entering the promotion, the winner(s) consent to any publicity generated as a result of the promotion, and use on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time.

Prize draws are open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, except employees of R. Twinings and its parent company, the promoter and their immediate families, the promoters advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

The Sites' Editors' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

R. Twinings will not accept responsibility for lost through technical fault, incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

Details of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a SAE marked Competition Winners, R.Twinings, South Way, Walworth Industrial Estate, Andover, SP10 5AQ within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion.

Where R.Twinings runs a competition with a promoter such that the promoter is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then R.Twinings shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes.

Offer closes on the 30th June 2008, the winner will be the first entry chosen at random under independent supervision.

The prize is for you and one guest to spend a day at one spa where you and your guest can have one luxurious beauty treatment as well as enjoying all the spa facilities to include pool and gymnasium. This is subject to the Spa rules and availability. Please note facilities at the Spas may vary. Spas locations are across the UK and Ireland. Please note travel is not included.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
