via a *trace department* means some bloke/bird sat at a phone lying like hell to get the addy ~ the good *tracers* generally get the info they are after.
I doubt that the DCA will tell you how they exactally came across your new address and to be pefectly honest if a DCA told me the grass was green I would head off outside and take a look :rolleyes:
