advice thinking of going to pension admin in private sector

Hi There,

2 people at work in my dept i work for local government pensions have left to go to the private sector for more money.

This has got me thinking should I do the same it is more money but am wondering if anybody on here has done that?

Another thing there is a council review at the moment reviewing all grades so should I go just in case?

I can think think of nothing else at the moment but if I do go my present team will suffer herrendously.

Read that back to yourself and add in your signature; and you have already answered your own question.

I have earnt/do earn more money in private, but it is more stress; so it depends on what you want really.

Don't go 'just in case' go because you have a reason for doing so.
