hi daughter took out a loan with rbs for 2000 paid payments for around 6 months but lost her job no ppi and therefore couldnt keep her payments up has now been passed to a debt collection agency but they have added her overdrawn amount from her bank account to the loan amount even though this was made up with bank charges caused by the loan keep bouncing so to speak she tried to cancel the loan dd but the bank said she couldnt do this and tried to offer her another loan to cover everything od and loan

collections agency moorcraft have sent a letter from pre court division to get in touch what should she do
