Have you ever wanted to take part in a focus group/group discussion, have your opinions listened to and acted upon, and get paid cash for doing so? Saros is the qualitative research recruitment service for the UK. We connect people – consumers and service users – with research companies who want to explore their views. All our respondents are genuine members of the public, who are financially rewarded for giving up their time (typically £30 - £50 for 2 hours work) and sharing their views in discussion groups, or participating in interviews or surveys. Please take the time to find out more, or contact us directly if you have any queries.

Hi Sukey13,
Have you had payouts from all of these? I haven't heard of some of these before so am interesting in signing up to them if they are good.
Thanks!

Do you find that you get a lot of extra junk mail (email and normal post) once you start to join these kinds of things?
I suppose the junk email isn't so bad, as I have a separate email account for non-personal/non-business purposes, but I hate having loads of pointless post to deal with, so I'm really reluctant to give my address out.
It is tempting to earn an extra few quid though...'Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society.'0 -

I haven't received any more junk mail through the post at all.
I have a separate email address for surveys, mailing lists, etc. that I've signed up up and I do receive junk emails, albeit not very many (maybe 1 a day). However, I don't know where it's coming from. Many of the survey sites say that they don't pass on your email address or other details, but I guess you never know for sure. Even if you do suspect them of passing your details on to other parties, I guess it would be difficult to prove.0 -
Thanks nic82, that's good to know. At least it's not overwhelming then.
I know everybody says they don't share your information, but I'm sure loads of them do in reality. As you say, how do you prove it? At my last I address received more than one thing with the same spelling mistake in my name, so I knew where they had got my information from
I sometimes give out incorrect information now, for example when I'm asked to register with a company just to buy something from them. They don't need my date of birth, etc just to sell me a printer cartridge or whatever, especially when they already know my address!
Anyway, I'm off to give my opinions to someone who'll pay for them'Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society.'0 -

I've been a member of Ciao for over a year now and probably earned about £20-£25.
I'm also a member of GlobalTestMarket, but haven't built up enough points to get a payout yet.
I joined ACOP this morning, so I'll see if they get anywhere. I also tried to join Quickwise (mentioned on an earlier post) but my opinions obviously aren't good enough for them :rotfl: since I was refused!!!
Can you let me know how you get on with the ones you've joined?
