TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions together with GCap Media plc's ("GCap Media") general and competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalradio.co.uk) apply to ’COUNT THE CASH’ on Capital 95.8 networked radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 3 March 2008 for a minimum period of one week and a maximum period of six weeks (at the discretion of Capital 95.8) on week days (excluding any bank or public holidays) only ("the Duration") on Capital 95.8 (“the Participating Radio Station”).
By entering this Competition, an entrant (each an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these rules along with the general and competition terms and conditions and to be bound by them.
Between 7am and 7pm on weekdays for the Duration of the Competition, the ‘Count the Cash’ car will be driven around London, with a trailer attached to it containing ‘Capital Cash’ (which is NOT legal tender) inside the letters of the word ‘CAPITAL’. Entrants can also see footage and images of the car at https://www.capitalradio.co.uk. Entrants are invited to register online and guess how much Capital Cash is contained in the car (in Capital Cash pounds). The Entrant who successfully guesses the amount of Capital Cash will win the equivalent money sum.

1. Details of the Competition
1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners to the Participating Radio Station will be invited to enter the Competition by registering their details online at https://www.capitalradio.co.uk.
1.2 Each day the Competition is run, one Entrant every hour between 7am to 7pm will be chosen at random from all Entrants who have registered online.
1.3 Subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, each day the Competition is run, Entrants who are chosen at random (individually a “Player”) as described in clause 1.2 and 1.3 above will be telephoned on the day that the Competition is run. The Player chosen at random must be available when called and will be invited on air, in a manner suitable to be broadcast on air, to ‘count the cash’. The figure which the Player guesses will then be entered into a web based programme which will be used by the presenter to inform the Player on air whether their guess is too high, too low, or correct. If the Player guesses correctly the exact amount of Capital Cash (in Capital Cash pounds), they will win the equivalent sum of money.
1.4 All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the discretion of GCap Media and the Participating Radio Stations. A winner of a Prize shall be a Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2.2 Any employees of GCap Media, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.
2.3 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.
2.3 Notwithstanding that a Winner has been declared, if GCap Media discovers before the delivery of a Prize that for any reason under these terms and conditions the Winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, GCap Media reserves the right to determine that the Winner is disqualified.
2.4 Entrants may only register their details online once.
2.5 If in the course of a telephone call the telephone line drops out or breaks up GCap Media’ retains the right to proceed to another Player. In such event, GCap Media and the Participating Radio Station will not be responsible for the awarding of any Prize to the caller whose line dropped out or broke up.
2.8 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.
2.9 The Competition will be supported by promotional activity on the Participating Radio Stations’ websites, and via SMS message where a person has requested such messages. The terms of participation in any activity on the Website or via SMS message will be made available on those platforms.


3. Prize
3.1 The Prize will be the amount of Capital cash in the trailer which will be given to the winner by cheque.
3.2 All decisions of the GCap Media and Participating Radio Stations’ representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.3 Cheques for any Prize amount will be presented or sent to the Winner by the Participating Radio Station within 28 days after notification.
3.4 The name of the Winner(s) (if there is one) will be announced on one or more Participating Radio Stations on the day of the Winner's successful entry.

Does this start in two days' time for non-newsletter subscribers?

As far as I can see it starts on Tuesday, you need to be registered to to their site to become a vip and this enables you to enter the competition.
Hope this helps and makes sense.

I'm sure its not, I wouldn't think so as they are posting the pics of the cash trailer on the internet and as you can get Capital Radio on DAB,Internet and Sky/Freeview, their listening base is going to be wider than just London and the Home Counties now
