Thanks everyone for your hugs and best wishes

I'm usually sat on the computer most evenings with him on my lap so very strange to be sat here without him and its very quiet as he was quite noisy so you always knew he was around.

Had to go back to work today but was completely useless as I had about 2 hours sleep last night

    Made £1.51 today after a Play.com sale
Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/155

The price of those stamps is going up soon, so if you put them 'on ice' they'll be worth even more soon!!!!

Since joining the Royal Mail survey thing, I've had one lot of stamps and only 4 letters to post, over a period of two weeks and four separate days -is this it? What might happen next?

You'll probably continue to get 2 or 3 to post per week, you'll also start to get 'smarts' which are little plastic things with some sort of 'tracking device' to put in the letters. You should start to receive test items sent to your address soon as well. They sometimes invite you to do other surveys - I did one where I had to record whether mail delivered was addressed correctly, and got paid in High Street Vouchers. To be honest I'm finding it a bit of a hassle now, but the stamps are handy!

I found that I had trouble actually registering with bingo sites after I had had one win, eventually one of the sites flashed me a message stating that I was already registered with their 'group'. I haven't tried again since, as this seems to be their way of stopping us trying all the sites.

Oh I see, that could be the problem in that case. I do have several cards I can use, just the one with the debt on it was the one I had hoped to use but I guess now I can't. Thanks.

Edit: Just tried to register on another one, this time I entered my entire full name, and I used a different card & and a different email address and it STILL didn't verify the card and refused to give me any bonus so, I have no idea what is going on.

Sorry to hear your news Jesa. Hope you feel better soon.

I've just had some awful news about my 86 year old grandad so tomorrow will be a trip to the hospital. Aaargh! Life is horrid sometimes.

But this thread is for people trying to make £10 a day - it isn't a specialised Bingo thread, and if you read the bingo article - (there is a link to it on post 1 of this thread - which has been pointed out over and over again) - if you read the stuff on that link it clearly says that the £5 and £10 sites no longer seem to be working. You have come new onto this thread, whcih is not a bingo thread, asked your bingo question, and had an answer, yet you are still posting about it. These sites just aren't working. We know that! You know that now! We try to support and help each other in aiming to make £10 a day by various means including Bingo, yet frequently people appear, as you have, ask Bingo questions, and then disappear.

Evening assett, if you login to their website and click on view posting plan, if you click on next week you'll see what they have in store for you :D[/quote]

Thanks for that - I always had trouble getting onto their website and they sent me stuff and instructions directly by email, which is why I don't know what comes next - I had expected more stuff to post this week but nothing came - may be a postal delay!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Edit - the 'quote' thing seems to be working strangely tonight!

Sorry to hear that Miss Bez. I never knew either of my gramps as they both died before I was born. I hate hospitals as they are so depressing and people come out with worse things than they go in with. My nan caught the superbug and unfortunately died from it very quickly. Hope your gramp is ok

ohh Cat your weddings getting close now!

I know! I should be getting excited, instead we got some pretty devastating news today about my 10 year old niece (bridesmaid), we are a very close family, she went to the doctor today, she had a bad cold and had a pain in her side, doctor was worried about her kidneys so sent her to the hospital, they gave her a scan and had discovered a mass growing in her abdomen, pressing on (but not attached) to her kidney, could be attached to muscle or her spine. She's going for an MRI tomorrow to find out more, it's totally heartbreaking.
