My house is on the market and my aim for March is to sell it!! Also, to keep it spotless and ready for viewing in 30 minutes. Because we've worked very hard it is all clear and easy to clean - trouble is I bopped one of the bulbs on the new kitchen light fitting and it died - doh!

To have enough money to buy our two ISA's - remember we are on the verge of retiring and have faced the debt and mortgage demons. If we had known 20 years ago what we know now we'd have had £200,000 in the bank!!!! Still with Martin's advice we are much better than we would have been if we hadn't seen the light 3 years ago!
