If you mean any sort of plan where you make reduced payments, I think the short answer is pretty much no I'm afraid.
You might be better off asking this on the DFW board, they have more experience of debt management plans and the like over thereYou can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that

Scarlett is right I'm afraid. Any sort of payment plan that is not in line with the original agreement/contract invariably leads to or requires the lender to issue a default notice on the account.
Perhaps you should talk to CCCS regarding the situation and options? If some sort of Debt Management Plan is needed, then they can arrange one without fees so that all the money goes towards the debts. Fermi, could I ask you a favour, you seem to know alot about unsecured debt and charging orders, could you have alook at this thread please, the guy is needing some reassurance and I can't give it due to limited knowledge.
