question for a friend

hi guys, ok well this time its my friend looking for help. she has admitted to me today that her and partner have about 5k of debt and hardly any money left after bills are paid. i have remembered advice i have read to others on here and wondered if cccs would still help them when all they can offer is token payments of about £1 per month per creditor ??? if not then any advice please
trying to lose 3 stone by end of 2014;)

    Hi Patchy,

    Your friend could still come for an appointment if the outcome was token payments we could provide her with copies on her budget and sample letters etc but more importantly we can talk through long term solutions and look at other options. She can call for an appointment on 0800 138 1111.
