Acumen has developed what they say is the first ever ‘intelligent’ chain oiler, which lubricates the drive chain in direct proportion to the engine’s power delivery. Put simply, the CL10 is driven by the motorcycle’s speedometer, so the faster you ride the more lubricant your chain receives; software within the CL10 ‘brain’ ensures the correct flow of lubricant. Once installed, simply screw a can of lube (£4.99) into the aluminium valve-actuating unit, and control via the handlebar/dash mounted display – which will tell you when you're running out of lube and even diagnose faults.
