Is it not an offence to misdescribe a product or service ??

Yes it is an offence and I am fed up with M+S online...I have had an online online order cancelled twice because of no stock available even though it is still showing as in stock 6 days after ringing them, different subject I know..but M+S online are rubbish

I think this is a pricing error as this bunch of flowers was £35 the other day anyways!!! Either that or they are trying to make something look a bargain for the same price!!! Etyx

Of course it is an error BUT WHY havent they put it right, another poster has said they rang M+S 3 days ago to point it out!!!!

Again the M+S online service is rubbish.
  • Can't be right £99?. I ordered a few days ago but not this particalar one. At that time none of the bouquet cost more than £50. Must be a mispriced.

    The website says:
50% more blooms than £29.50 Mother's Day Bouquet for £35

So the RRP should be no more than £45 based on that. Unless of course the RRP of the £29.50 bouquet is actually £67.
