How do I obtain a refund?
A. Protx provides the online payment system for the website you are using. However, we aren't able to authorise a refund because we aren't the owner of the website you are ordering from. You will need to contact the website you are ordering from directly to obtain a refund.

If you paid £0.99 to ProtX, that's how much you'll be charged. There is absolutely no way the amount will be different. If the deal is a scam, go to your creditcard company to get your moneyback.0
