Help with Nursery Rhymes

I only have one answer left to solve on a quiz the letters of the rhyme are

I S--- A- A---- I- T-- A--

I cannot think of the nursery rhyme at all. I think it may be a regional one

Any help appreciated

Arrow & Song

I knew the author, title and the first three lines but I copied and pasted the rest from a Google search
