What Should I Do ?????

Hi everyone, i was after some advice on what i should do.
I have a debt of around 17,500 with paragon personal finance.
i took a 10,000 loan out with tem about 8 years ago, i started struggling with money so i have had an arrangment with them so i am not paying the full amount each month.
The loan was over 10 years but 8 yeaqrs later and i owe them 17,500!!
At this rate i will never have it paid off and every 6 months then put my payments up a bit so starting to struggle a bit more now and see no end in the loan been paid off as all its done as gone up.
would an iva be a good option, if i can hae it over 5 years with one of those at least there would be an end in sight
any help greatly appreciated
Gary
