Yup...I'm using a fantastic plasterer ATM. He was recommended to us by a number of our friends who use him all the time. He's plastered the walls of one room in our house so far and the finish was good enough to just paint, thus saving on the cost/effort of papering the room. He's currently doing a second room for us as I write.

The room he's currently working on is approx. 13ft * 15ft and 11ft high. There is a lot of bonding work to do and he's skimming all four walls and the ceiling and refinishing an old edinburgh press. His quote for the work was under £600 including materials.
