You could try Evening News ad no idea how much it costs or else try Gumtree website for Edinburgh - used to be all free but I know they now charge for job ads placed [£25] no idea if flats can be advertised free?0

Hello Shoops,
Gumtree got us tenants within a week and a half at no cost.
We also used S1 Homes which has a charge (sorry can't remember how much) but we only got one response from there.
Hope you get sorted out.0 -
if you have no problems with students then pop into the uni's/colleges and leave cards on the notice boards
