Hi,

Is there anyone that can help me through a loophole a company Redcats Vetbaudet - kids Catalogue has over me (yes they were fined, yes i have tried the template letters) :mad:

They misold me a Total Cover back in dec 2004, but the ombudsman has no authority over cases before jan 2005.

Thats what they say....:eek: They just keep sending me Leaflets for the Ombudsman to "claim Independently"


I called the F Omb man, a lady there said the same thing

Have they gotten away with it?????

I think you might find that the FO mean they have no authority over a catalogue company as they were not regulated by the FOS at that time? I have seen this magical date of 2005 come up before.
