Apart from the forms what else do i need?

Okay i think the forms are now all sorted so just need to get a date sorted, what else do I need to gather together for the court date? will they need bank statements etc then?

DFs bank account is online only so I am guessing we will have to request statements from the bank which could take forever... or would printed statements be okay?

I'm guessing they will also be wanting credit card statements.... is there anything else?

Thanks

Laura

    Hi
For the court all you need are your SOA, some courts ask for 3 copies, others only 1 and they copy them for you so check that out. The fees, some money for a coffee maybe something to read as sometimes there can be a long wait. The bank,cc statements ect you send the OR when they ask for them. The bank statements printed off will be fine.Dalip

  • Appart from the court/OR fee, not much else is usually required.

Printed off statements from on-line accounts are fine.

You shouldn't need any statements for the court day. The OR will send you an envelope and letter requesting all the statements and your cards + any other stuff he/shes interested in after you've been to court.
