I honestly can say there is nothing in Argos at the moment that warrants my debit card to come out. Most of the stuff can now be, sadly, purchased for so much cheaper online!

the argos winter catalogue is a childs paradise lol they sit looking at it for hours and cutting out what they want for christmas etc.. keeps my daughter quiet for hours on end.. cheapest toy out lol

They'd just had the huge cardboard cases full of the new catalogues delivered to the store I went in so I was cheeky and asked if I could take a catalogue. They said I could but explained it was preview only and that I couldn't order from it until tomorrow - fair enough.

got ours today at aylesbury they had them out late in the afternoon and even if you tried to input the numbers into the machines they didnt accept them lol... daughter tried to see all abt her bratz dolls she wants for chritmas..

my local had em in at the beginning of the week and one girl who served me said that they had been told they couldnt look at one and anyone caught doing so was a disiplinary offence

The bulk of the new catalogue will probably just be the 'Argos extra' lines, which have been available to view and order online for months..

You will find now that "The Big One" catalogue is available in every Argos Store to pick up. But a few points to look out for. Take a careful look at the store index at the rear of the book. Not all items are immediately available in all stores. Some stores stock the full range but the bulk of the others dont, If yourt local store does not have it in stock then you should be able to order the 'extra' item to come in from the warehouse. This usually takes between 2-3 days to arrive in your local store. Then just go back in to store with your Res No. and it should be there.

Tip:- When ordering stock in, give the cashier a contact number. Because if the delivery fairy appears and you item doesnt arrive then the store can let you know whats happened. They should re-order one for you.
