The warrant has been issued in the high court in this case (Writ of Fifa) which is why the fee to have the judgment set aside or varied is so high. If you want to make an application to vary the judgment on Form N245 you will also have to make an application to "Stay the Writ of Fifa pending the outcome of the application to vary the judgment" on Form N244 (effectivaly making 2 applications).

What ever you do do not let the bailiff in or leave any of your windows or doors open or unlocked when you go out.
Now as you wish to admit part of the claim you will have to do as penguin says, you may still find yourself burdened with a lot of charges and fees still.
If you feel you are unable to afford the court costs you may be able to get them waived or reduced, not sure of the requirements for this so you will have to speak to the court.0
