Morning!
took the cat to the vets this morning for a check up since he's been diagnosed with diabetes. He's doing better which is good and looks dashing with a pink bandage from where they took blood today, bless.

It's lovely and sunny today and only 10 days until I get a little break to see a wonderful friend-I can't wait!;)

    Morning Bunny

As you will see from my other post a bit down with DH at moment. Our cat is also unwell with a burst abcess on his back which I am treating at home with stuff from vets and antibiotics. however sun is out and sky is blu1 - just wish I had managed to get washing on line before coming to work!

  • Morning BiL - glad the puddy tat is OK, my pup is being spade tomorrow :( but we already have three dogs and if she had pups I would have to keep one!

Was shocked that pertrol has gone up to £107 here it seems to be going up a 1 a week -

    Morning All

Well im back on the DFW bandwagon, with a new found passion to try and pay off my debt by the end of 2008 (sooner if possible!). :j

So sunny here, wish i was at home. Next week I have a whole week inbetween finishing my old job and starting my new one, so i will be doing a massive clean out of the flat and finding things to sell!

    Hope everyone is ok?

  • Just got back from seeing my waggy tailed boy.

Postman left a lovely big parcel on my doorstep from America. The home of Oreo cakesters and Nestle chocolate pretzel Flipz ;) Off to leave some very positive feedback on Ebay!

Cases are coming down from the loft tonight. Did a last minute panic buy of skirts and knickers yesterday (as you do) and they should be here today. I'd love to take a large holdall rather than a suitcase but I just can't see it happening!! Unfortunately my suitcase, whilst it is a great size is really heavy and Thomson Fly have a 15kg hold limit. I can take 10kg into the cabin, which is silly - that is such a large amount to be able to carry on board. One way to make money I guess by charging for excess baggage when you go over the 15kg limit.

Will spend the weekend blitz cleaning the house for when we go on Monday and my parents arrive Monday evening. My mum is going to call me tonight - they are only a few miles from the centre of the earthquake last night and she sent me a text to say it was very scary.
