Loan company with 0 ./. intrest rate

Hi

Unbelievable I know but can anyone tell me if there is anywhere who do loans for people with very low incomes and bad credit history?

Therefore someone willing to lend £4,000 over 12 months and not charge a high interest. I d obviously expect to be charged some interest but as it is to finance something I have little choice to pay it seems unfair to get ripped off by high percentage rates. Especially as I am trying to make positive changes to my life and move on!

I am sure I recently saw a link to a site that did lend small amounts with low interest to help borrowers out and to rebuild their credit histories, but I cant find that link again now.

Hope someone can help.
