If you've got the 'Sudoku' bug and want a system that will:-

a) Generate a puzzle.
b) Help Solve a puzzle.
c) Print hard-copies.

then PM me, as I'm in the process of completing an EXCEL file that will do all this and it will be free.

I've got it developed to the stage of Generating a solvable puzzle and am now at the stage of adding a few 'bows and whistles', so I could do with a few of you who, have the 'Sudoku' bug, to test the system and suggest any improvements before I upload it to my website where it will be available for free download.

Will you be able to print off the puzzles as I prefer to do them sitting in front of the TV than the PC screen?

Yes.

The plan is that the print-out will be in 'Landscape' with the Puzzle on the left, a 'Help' Grid in the middle (to tick off all those numbers that you know won't fit in a square) and the 'Answer' Grid on the right, the plan being that you fold-over the 'Answer' part so you don't see it ..... or if you really don't want to know the answer, then rip this part off and throw it away.
