have you tried wearing one of those sports elasticated support things.i got some from my local £1 shop for my ankles cos they swell up and they help alot.mum wears one on her wrist cos she knits alot and makes her wrist ache.....and she plays the brick game all the time(same thing as tetris)
I've got a black support bandage that's made from some neoprene like stuff. Work don't like me wearing it though. Apparently I'm not covered by insurance if I wear it  But they'd like it even less if I phoned in sick

JUNO......theres no pleasing some bosses.what about wearing it all the time out of work?the elasticated bandages are not as strong as those black ones and not as obtrusive, so you could wear in to sleep in and you could feel the benefit that way.hope its better soon........keep taking the tablets:D xx

    Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!

    I need to vent

Dishing up dinner really sent me nuts tonight - it is so irrational and subsequently spoilt dinner for everyone.

I am so tired and trying to sort this move out, still waiting on it being 100% approved. The little things always send me nuts, not the big things.

The other day, something upset me which goes back to my childhood but could see what it was, so hopefully will be able to prevent it happening again or be less tired and cope better. Stress shows in strange ways. One minute high as a kite, next feeling knackered or highly irritable.

I need things to get finalised and get this flippin move done and dusted, and settle in. Waiting is such a blooming drag and makes me worry something might go wrong.

good luck, am so jealous of anyone who can chuck clothes and stuff out ...mine are bursting but every time i sort mine ,it all goes back in:o .....cos
1.it will fit me again when i have lost the weight :D - fat chance for me now - I got rid of a lot of my 'skinny' stuff in the mid 90s
2.it will come back into fashion cos it goes in cycles:D - true but I was skinner 20 years ago
    3. most have only been worn once:o - did you feel good in them that one time you wore it?
4.most have only been tried on but not worn:o - why did you buy it, what event did you see yourself wearing the outfit to?
    5. most still have the label and price tag on:o - You could take it back
6.most were a good idea at the time:o - oh yes the hormonal buys:eek:
7.most serve as a reminder why im so in debt:o - rather depressing and a good prompt to get rid of
    8. last time i threw something out, i was looking for it the week after - typical
    9. cant put pics on ebay cos not comp good:rotfl: - some pics are dire on Ebay
    you get the gist.......
    im a self confessed hoarder:o :D - you're not Mr Trebus:D

The last time I had a major sort out was 1999 when I dyed my hair dark/natural colour but not been able to weed out since.

    My reasons are:

I will wear it at some time and I dress differently when I move house/have a new lifestyle.

There are more car boot sales down south and my lifestyle will change, so if I don't wear or use it then, I never will and will sort it out.

I do actually wear quite a lot of what I have, but I have a glut of short sleeved T-shirts so think I could paint designs and customise them, either to wear or sell. I have a load of old material I could design things with but do need a sewing machine. I used to design a lot of stuff when I was in my mid teens and would like to do it again.
