    Heya everyone.

Not feeling too great today. Urges are strong. I don't think anyone knows I'm a self harmer here. Have been since I was 14. Don't really want to go into it. :(

There are loads of ways to self-harm. We knew about the eating but I guess you mean cutting. Don't worry about it. It's not ideal, but if it helps, it's better than the alternative. If/when you stop you'll be sooooooo !!!!ed off at yourself because of the scars though. :( *hugs*

Actually, that's not entirely true. I have a few on my chest that look like I was in a fight with a tiger, I quite like those. :D That's so wrong, isn't it? :o

[quite]I was going to go to hunts.mind today but I really can't face going out the door, so I'm sitting here watching Jeremy Kyle. :/ What a sad life I lead.lol.[/quote]

God, it doesn't get much lower than watching JK. (And Trisha, 'cos let's face it that's what you'll watch next!). :p

I often just veg out in front of the telly, but I try to watch films and decent tv (well, stuff I think is decent. Regenesis was on last night in .CA , woot! Off to watch it in a sec). I can't watch JK or Trisha, it makes me furious. When I go on a killing spree it'll be at the Jeremy Kyle studios. :A Maury Povich was good though, he always had the freaks on. Springer's ace too. Kyle's just too much of a judgemental hypocrite.
My self esteem and confidence has hit rock bottom today. :/ I'm going to talk to Janette tomorrow and the doctor on Wednesday. I hate feeling like this.

Did anything trigger it, do you think? I know there's not always a trigger (rarely is for me) but I always try and work out if there could've been anything that did it. Helps to be able to blame someone else. ;)

Tulip's right though. Fire on some Dragonforce, you can't stay miserable when listening to Dragonforce. Zork-Metal-Smiley.gif

I've got so many scars over my arms, legs, chest, stomach, everywhere really. They're noticeable. People stare at me in the street. I don't do it on my arms any more because I don't want those around me to know I do it so I manage to restrict myself to just my legs, chest and stomach now as I never really show those parts of my body.
I also pull at my eyelashes and eyebrows and in the past used to take my hurt out on my hair by randomly cutting at it. I don't do that to my hair now though.

That's not wrong. :) I have one that I'm not exactly fond of but I don't hate it like the others. It has this fleshy cream pink colour. It's like a gash though so it's my most noticeable one. :(

Lol. I blame my old foster carer. She used to watch it when she came back from taking the kids to school so I kind of grew accustomed to it. Most of the time it's just about who's the father or who slept with who.lol.

    I'm not really into Trisha.lol. :)
Haha. What will be your weapon of choice? .lol.

I don't think so. I've always had low self esteem but this is the lowest it has ever been. All the mirrors in my house are covered with sheets because I hate looking at myself. I hate me really. I really don't think my old CPN should have discharged me.

    Gotta love Dragonforce. :D

Btw your replies always make me smile.lol. :)

Just had a run in with absolutebounder on the "Energy switch salesman" thread.

All I said was that I didn't have the confidence to say no to British Gas so I said yes and that I can't phone them up due to mental health reasons and I don't need the stress of it all at the moment. He/she (not sure what sex they are) said how do I know it would caause more stress so I replied with "I do not wish to go further into the matter as this is about energy supplier door salesman and not my mental health. Thank you", trying very hard not to get upset and lose it. Then absolutebounder replied with "So what you really meant was "someone got me to change my supplier which now I sort of regret because new supplier is more expensive but I cant be @rsed to do anything about it apart from whinge." I lost it and replied with "Don't judge me. You don't even know me. I had just about enough of you judging us on the depression support thread."

I feel really guilty now. :(

Thank you. I thought it was just me being paranoid. Now I know that the problem doesn't lie with me.

ladymortica, dont let him or she get to you.We all know absoluteblunder is thoughtless. He wants a reaction from us.It is him who is the attention seeker. And now he is trying to get others to back him up. All he is doing is trying to aggravate the situation and make it worse. Let him carry on talking to himself. It will be him getting reported in the end not us hun, so let him chat away to himself.Hugs x

I am so glad I found this thread. The support here is amazing. And even though I don't know you all in person, I consider you my friends.

Why apologise? If he knows anything about the condition, he should know to be careful what he says. He's the one with the problem here, not you.
