They started off asking for proof that I had registered, then proof I had received DVDs, then told me they were waiting for the list to come through from lovefilm (2 months they sent me emails saying that) and then I wasn't on the list. I went ballistic in an email saying it simply wasn't good enough, I had provided them with all the information proving that I had registered and I went through pb. About 2 hours later, I got a reply saying that my points would be added manually as my name wasn't on the list but they believed me. By the end of the week, the points were added by after a lot of sweat and tears!

Keep on at them and ask them not to send you automated replies saying the same thing all the time.
