As far as I know the points are supposed to be credited within 6 weeks.
I opened an account with Alliance & Leicester on 23.02 but haven't had my points yet either, I will wait until the 6 weeks are up and then email them if I haven't received them.0 -

I applied for the A&L Savings Account at the end of January.
Seven weeks later I hadn't received my points, so I sent a polite email to Pigsback with copies of my emails confirming the opening of my A&L account and screenshots from Pigsback promising 5000 points when I opened an account. Two days later I had 5000 points added to my account.
According to the T&Cs on the Money Matters pages

PiggyPoints will be credited within 6 weeks, but if a transaction is not confirmed as valid in the same month of the transaction this can take longer
So if six weeks haven't passed, wait a bit longer then chase them up.0 -
thanks guys i applied on the 29th Feb so still got a bit longer to wait by the looks of things.0

and then I had another email;
Hi p,
Perhaps you missed my first email? Please see below and let me know
your postal address. The concert is in a couple of weeks, so if I haven't
heard from you by 4pm this Friday, I'll have to draw another winner and
offer the prize to them. If you are having difficulty in replying by
email, feel free to phone me this week during business hours on
02072872408.
Kind regards,
Karl

I was doing the crossword every day for about 2 weeks & making sure i finished it, this was 8 weeks ago, then the 1st day i didn't complete it i won!! What's that all about?
it seems that piggy might behind in anouncing the winner of their prize draws so you may have won any day going back over the 2 weeks.you did it. imho it might be down to them doing checks to make sure you are only running the one account.0 -
