I got an email from alliance and leicester yesterday saying thanks for opening and account and welcome etc, did anyone else get this ? I have had the account for about 6 weeks, and been paying into it, surely we deserve the piggy points now

I got an e-mail few minutes after opening my account and all paperwork arrived in 3-4 days.
No sign of points though.
