Looks like anyone with a query needs to get in quickly or wait a few days as well. Is it a bank holiday in Ireland this weekend?

I sent them an email to enquire about my birthday points that wasnt added 10 days ago and i got this response...

I've just checked your subscriptions and you are not signed up to receive the yearly birthday email from Curly, it is from this email that members get their birthday PiggyPoints.
You can sign up by going to My Account on site and then Subscriptions.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to let us know.

I have been to my account and there is no where to even sign up like you said...i think i may complain even more...they are giving out false information in a way..prmising something thats not even there....

Hey Guys looks like bad news on those points from bingorooms

Finally had an email back from them. They say they are waiting on the file from bingorooms listing all members who sign up and deposited.

Deposited ? There was no mention of that on pigsback when we all signed up. I have emailed back stating this but awaiting response. So it seems after all the time waiting and playing such a crap bingo site we not gona get our much deserved points.

Hi I ordered £20 of John Lewis vouchers on the 9th March and I haven't received them yet. I know its not actually that long ago but I have been reading people complain about them so I was wondering does it normally take a while to receive the vouchers?

Thats exactly the problem I'm having too. My bday was on monday, no points so I mailed. I got the "you're not signed up" reply from Lynn. I know I signed up when I registered, but now when I check I have the same prob, theres nowhere to sign up

What I want to know is why are Lynn(who I've always found to be V unhelpful anyway) and Aisling telling us to sign up, yet Rachel says they aren't doing it

Its hardly fair on all of us who have bdays now if we miss out, and they bring it back later in the year :rolleyes: I've just earned my first voucher and was looking at those 100 points to give me a start towards my next one :mad:

I was assured before my bday in November I'd get birthday points. Birthday came and went and I didn't get my points and keep being fobbed off when I send emails. I'll email again next week but doubt I will ever get my birthday points to be honest. Boohoo :mad: .

I joined pigsback a month ago signed up got my first 155 points. after that i signed up for things but did not get my points for them,i am begining to believe that pigsback could just be a con,and what people say about points they got could be a case of fraud.
