where to buy concert tickets safely???

im after buying my daughter some r.e.m concert tickets which go on sale friday but am wary of being ripped off - any advice of the safest places to buy? also - we will be travelling from bradford so any advice on the nearest - manchester, southampton or london?

i've bought plenty of tickets from seetickets or ticketmaster and never had a problem

also think manchester would be nearer for you

thanks so much poppy - funny enough i forgot my daughter is a member of the fanclub and she gets to prebuy early so can log on tomorrow and buy - we are looking at the lccg, old trafford, manchester one - thanks hun

LiveNation, TicketMaster, Stargreen, Ticketline and See Tickets are all reputable.
Pre-sale is great-just make sure you are online when it starts (and if it's livenation sometimes several hours earlier-one of their presales this month was scheduled for 9am and they opened it up at 1am Grrrr)

woo - logged into fanclub site and found you could buy them today if a member - have now got her 2 tickets for manchester old trafford county cricket ground in auguse........shes well happy....
