At my wits end - any advice PLEASE

I had my lightbulb moment a while ago . . .but no idea what to do.
My debts are around 30k for a variety of personal reasons, yet I have worked full time since I left university.

I am in the process of sellingmy house and have moved in with my parents as my now job meant relocating.
Someone put an offer in on my house in October and the sale was supposed to be completed before Christmas, but due to buyers issues it wasn't, there were delays and i found out this week, they have pulled out.
I am at my wits end.

I know I am more fortunate than some, as when the house sells I will be able to pay off all my debts and start fresh over again, so I understand there is light at the end of the tunnel. But for at least the new few months until the house sells I cannot make all the payments I need to.
I have credit card companies phoning me up to 5 times a day and I just don't know what to say to them. There is little or no money to pay them with.

I'm not an extravagent person, I'm not out shopping all the time. I am doing all I can. But please can anyone help me get through the next few months. What can I say to them? They will be paid off in full as soon as the house sells, but until then I am completely stuck.

I sit at home crying every night. I am selling everything I own on ebay/amazon etc (have had to borrow money from my sister to pay the postage on the items, until the money clears, only a few pounds here and there but I can't even afford the postage costs in advance). I am doing all the click through sites.
I'd get a part time evening job if I could, but as a teacher it is very hard as there is so much work to do in the evenings from school.

Please, any advice. I can't take much more.
Thank you for reading.
Current Debts : approx £30,000
Debt Free date : As soon as my house sells (which is further off now seeing as my buyer has disappeared)
