Scottish White Pudding - Where To Buy In S.e. England

Please help, been trying to find Scottish White Pudding to buy in South of England. Know of websites but because of weight works out a wee bit expensive...

I dont know of any round the gloucester which sell the pudding, does it have a name, is it a scottish product if so then you may not find it down here at allNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

Used to buy it in Selfridges when in London. In Supermarkets but classed as Irish White Pudding, which def is not the same.0

Good luck with finding some. I once tried to get haggis in Waitrose in Hertfordshire and was told by the young shop assistant that he couldn't see any and he thought it was out of season

Remember that they are, of course, seasonal creatures - and much harder to catch outwith the usual 'haggis hunting' season - which usually occurs the few weeks before Burn's Night

In SE England - there is a little butchers shop in Langley (Berkshire) on Parlaunt Road which sells Scottish White pudding and black pudding. The butchers is called Blanchards - it's not far off J5 of the M4.
They also do great meat that is much better and a good bit cheaper than the supermarkets. If you go at a weekend, you'll pass a Garden Centre that has a farmers market on the Saturday - great fruit & veg.Treat others as you would like to be treated :A0
